JPC is an PC emulator written entirely in 86 x Java. JPC creates a virtual machine on which you can install the preferred operating system in a safe, flexible and powerful. The mobile version of CPM will only run on the latest and greatest smartphones (Java enabled) (PDA also make good candidates for mobile CPM). We were lucky with the Nokia N95, but other high end phones with Java could work well.
