Mig33 Connection Error

Question : I would like to know how you activate the Mig33 in My BlackBerry. Already downloaded the program from the site and have created a login and password but it says it will send a confirmation to me and I do not get (I think this is an SMS message). Then when I open the program it appears only error message.

What happens is the following:
I downloaded the program from the site Ai looks like this: “Starting mig33 For The first time.We are about to Perform a few tests Ensures That phone is configures Correctly” options “Continue” and “Exit”.

Then I press “Continue” and looks like this: “Please Select you connection type below. IF you are are unsure, try TCP First”

So has the options “TCP”, “HTTP” and “Manual”

The problem is that at any one I choose, the message

“Connection Error. Please go to help on http://wap.mig33.com for info on how to setup your mobile phone”
